I'm wanting to get a tattoo that doesn't cost much and will easily go somewhere I can hide it from my dad.

I made this just a while ago; I looked up some interesting designs and decided to go from there and drew it out how I wanted it.
The meaning for it is simple, Flame = fire & Kanji = Tiger, which comes together as Fire Tiger, my Chinese zodiac. I think I'll get this either on my left wrist, my shoulder blade, very bottom of neck, or ankle.
What I am asking is "Does this tattoo look alright?" and "Where should I get it/one?". If you have any more original ideas, please do tell.
I'm hoping to get it either tomorrow or sometime this week when I have enough. If I keep it small, then it should cost me anything from $15-$40.
